His expertise lies in aligning digital performance metrics with strategic objectives to drive meaningful growth. As the Executive Officer and EDI Lead for a National Governing Body, Francesca brings to the Board her experience in governance and affecting positive change.

Heather is experienced in leading strategic continuous improvement and oversees the operations of a large faculty in a higher education institution.

Jonny Kermode

Jonny guides the family at design agency Fifth House. After studying Design in Leeds, he cut his teeth with some of the world’s biggest brands as a Creative at various agencies.

Mark is married and lives with his wife and daughter in Glasgow, and has several years’ experience within accountancy, working within both public and private accounting roles.

I'm Ollie, I live in Edinburgh with my wife and 2 children. I have worked predominantly in out of home advertising over the past 8 years, working with a variety of clients locally and now media agencies across the UK, to help create impactful OOH campaigns that resonate with audiences.

Ranny is a Chartered Financial Planner with Gilson Gray. He has 15 years of experience in the Finance Industry, helping his clients to achieve their long-term goals. He lives with his wife and two children in East Lothian. He and his wife experienced baby loss in the early stages of

Robbie Wilson

Robbie lives in Fife with his wife and three children. He’s been a solicitor specialising in Medical Negligence and Personal Injury for over 15 years.

Samantha Harrison

Trustee

Sam has 20 years experience of working in childhood grief and is currently the bereavement coordinator for a children's bereavement charity. Sam is also a bereaved parent and feels passionately about the work that Simba do in creating memories with grieving families.

Theresa Fyffe

Theresa is a multi disciplinary and multi agency leader with over 40 years experience in a range of sectors including front line nursing, nursing education, Scottish Government and most recently with the Royal College of Nursing.
