Katie Gould

Katie joined Simba in January 2025 and has worked in the third sector for over 15 years. She has a background in community development and extensive experience in trusts and grants fundraising, project development, and supporting initiatives in employability, personal development, and welfare rights.

Passionate about community-led work, Katie was drawn to Simba’s dedication to supporting bereaved families. She values being part of a team that provides vital support to people during such a challenging time, making a real difference with compassion and commitment.

From Glasgow, Katie lives there with their partner and mini poodle Rusty. She enjoys long walks with her dog while escaping into a podcast, as well as DIY projects and spending quality time with family.
